  • some shimeji Mushrooms
  • 4 slicespumpkin
  • 1/4onion
  • 2 piecesgarlic
  • 200 gchicken breast
  • Seasonings
  • 1/4 tea spoonbasil
  • 1/4teaspoon
  • 5table spoons olive oil
  • To tastesalt and pepper

Steps

    Prepare all the ingredients. You can add any other ingredients which you can find in your fridge too!

    Place a parchment paper on a baking tray, place all the ingredietns and add all seasonings.

    Pre-heat an oven to 170 degree and heat it for 40 mins!
