    Wash and marinate beef and ponmo without salt for 3hrs,add water same level, Cook on medium heat till tender,add little water,add all ingredients except egusi,salt and Uziza leaf,mash Okpei before adding, bring to boil,add egusi,stir,cook for 5mins,taste to adjusted with salt,add leaf,stir,cook for a min,turn off heat, enjoy vwith fav morsel...
