Mumbai style Pav Bhaji

Wash and clean all vegetables like potatoes, carrots, green peas and cauliflower. Cut them into small pieces and boil them well.

Take a pan. Put oil or ghee ur choice. Add jeera and let it crackle. Add chopped onions to it. Saute till it is transculent.

Add capsicum into it and ginger garlic paste.

Now add pav bhaji masala and mix for 2 mins.

Now add boiled vegetables. Only vegetables. But dont discard it's water. We will use it later.

Now mix the vegetables and mash them well with masher.

When it is mashed properly add tomatoes or tomato puree. Saute till it leaves oil.

Now u can add vegetable stock to it and mix and cover it and cook for 5 to 10 mins.

Add butter to it and add few coriander leaves.

For pav heat the tawa. Apply butter on pav and put it on tava.

Your pavbhaji is ready to be served with onions and lemon.
