Ingredients

  • 1medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 cupmixed berries of your preference
  • 1/4 tablespoonchia seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoonpepitas
  • 1/4 tablespoonflaxseeds
  • 1/4 tablespoonhempseeds
  • 1 tablespoonnut butter
  • 1/2-3/4vegan milk of your choice
  • 1 cuparugula
  • 1 cupspinach

    Place all ingredients in blender until ingredients combined. You may add more milk to thin it out if it is too thick for you as you blend it.
