Soak moong daal 7-8 hours, make a fine paste add coriander and grind it again add green chilli add require food gel colour it's totally optional. Add hing & Salt according to your taste

Now take grated paneer & beet root add chaat masala & white pepper and salt.

Take a tava Make medium moong daal 3 cheela 's, 1 by 1.

Take 1 cheela spread paneer mixture on it then place 2 nd cheela on it & spread Beetroot layer & sprinkle chaat masala, take 3 cheela on it spread coconut grated add chaat masala & white pepper, salt

Now take aluminum foil, place moong daal cheela' s on it,& Roll it tightly like spring roll,and place it in the fridge for 2 hours

After that cut cheela like spring roll shape, now take a tava add little bit of oil and roast cheela both side till golden brown, serve with green chutney, tomato sauce.
