Steps

Wash all the ingredients. Dry them and peel the pineapple. Keep the pineapple peels in a sufuria.

Slice the cucumber.

Dice the pineapple.

Shred the lettuce.

Grate the carrot.

Toss everything in a bowl. The pineapple was juicy so no need to add any dressing.

Garnish with black pepper and serve.
