Steps

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add garlic,onions and fry for 2-3mins.

Add mushrooms and sausages and cook for 5 mins. Add tomatoes and mix well

Season with salt, pepper, sugar and mix well again. Add cream and mix well.

Add the uncooked pasta and water to the pan. Close with lid and cook for 20-25mins. Check for the taste once and season with salt if required.

Garnish with chopped spring onions.
