1/4 cupsemolina
5 tbsp ghee
1/2 cupsuger
3 tbspMix Dry fruit
1.5 cuphot water

Heat ghee in pan add besan,wheat flour,semolina and mix it well,roast until it golden brown

Add water,keep stirring till it fluffy, add suger,mix well cook for 3 to 4 minutes,add dryfruit
