I've learned this recipe during an online classes with South African authors. I'm so longing to try it.. After seeing this contest, I decided to take advantage of it 😆😆😆

Steps

Break the eggs in a bowl and add sugar, whisk together until creamy. Pour the egg mixture into a pot, add full cream milk, mix slowly on low heat.

Keep mixing, foam should disappear. Draw a line on a spoon, if custard didn't run, it is ready.

Mix cream, milk and evaporated milk together. Pour the milk mixture into the custard and whisk slowly. Add vanilla flavor (preferably vanilla essence, in absence of it I use powdered vanilla).

Add cinnamon and mix.

Enjoy hot or cold.
