Par boil sprouts.

Make paste of ginger garlic green chillies keep aside in the same mixer jar grind onions smooth paste make puree of tomatoes.

Heat oil in pressure cooker add cumin seeds crackle it add onion paste saute it till oil release form sides add ginger garlic paste saute it add tomatoes puree mix it well.

Add tomatoes puree cook it properly add water dry spices like red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder salt and garam masala bring it to boil add sprouted moong and moth.

Heat oil in tadka pan add red chilli powder just for seconds pour quick this on ready missal for extra spicy serve with pav onion and lemon you can serve with farsan chutney.
