Heat 1 tbsp oil in kadhai, add jeera,hing. Add onion saute a little add peas. Cook on high flame, add all the spices and boiled mashed potatoes. Mix well,cover lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Make balls of this paste.make a thin paste of gram flour by adding salt,red chilli powder and baking soda in it.add water as needed.dip potatoes balls in gram better and fry in hot oil.

Cut pav from center.grease it a d grill on tawa till golden from both sides.

Take a potato vada and pav spread green chutney on pav.sprinkle chat masala and garlic podi.Take a vada and set on pav piece and cover it with another piece. fix it with tooth pick.ready to serve with chutney or hot tea.
