Chop your onions,tomato(make sure you remove the seeds),hoho and dhania into small pieces and mix them up in a bowl.

In a tin or whatever you prefer break in your eggs and mix up well and add salt to taste.

Add in your onion mixture in the eggs and mix well.

Put oil on your pan and allow it to heat a little bit.It makes your eggs fluffy and not stick on the pan.

After your oil is ready, pour in your mixture and let it cook as you flip it to cook on the other side.

When it's ready eat while hot and enjoy the crunchiness of all the ingredients.
