Ingredients

  • 100 grammong dall
  • 100 grammasoor dall
  • 2 tbslal mirch
  • 3 tbslehsan adrak paste
  • 1 tbs.Haldi
  • Bhagr ke liye
  • Halfonion 1\2 zera 4 kardi levs 3 lal sabut mirch
  • Oil half cup
  • 500 gramrice bhigo dein 15 minut
  • 4 tbsOil
  • 1 tbszera
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Dall ko mila kar chun ke bhigo dein 10 minuts phir dho ke falme on krden ab us me sab spices add karein or galny dein

  2. 2

    Jab dal gal jaye to oil gram kar ke bhagr lagadein

  3. 3

    Ab bhegy huy rice ko dho lein oil gram kar ke zera dall kar rice ko bhgar en or 2 glass pani dal kar salt add karein or pakny dein

  4. 4

    Rice ka pani khushk ho jaye to tawa rakh kar dum per lagadein sat sallad achar masala mirch ke sat serve karein mazedar se dall chawl enjoy karein
