Soak channa over nite. Steam it to soft texture.

Semi Fry onion, tomato, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, coriander in butter in a pan. Grind it to fine paste in a mixer.

Add 2 Table spoon of butter in a pan, after heating it add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala to it, add the paste to it. Saute well.

Add steamed channa to it. Add salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with naan, chapati or paratha's. Garnish with coriander, onion, lemon.
