Kohlrabi gaanth gobhi
Cooking Instructions

We cook it in mustard oil
Burn the oil first and then let it cool.
By then chop onions ginger and lots of garlic. - 2
Cut gaanth gobhi in cubes. Break the leaves with hands and dip them in water for sometime so that all the dirt settles down.

Take a pressure cooker
Put oil
Add zeera
Add chopped garlic
Onions and ginger
Let them be brown - 4
Then add masalas
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder Dhaniya powder and salt
Add chopped or puréed tomatoes. - 5
When they become soft add cubes of gaanth gobhi and leaves to it
Sauté it for sometime
Then add water as required
Pressure cook for 4-5 whistle on low flame. - 6
Add little garam masala while serving. Serve hot with steamed rice
