Kababii gosht is a very delicious meat recipe with small cubes of lean meat in kabab masala... cooked on slow flame to get the ultimate flavour...

Cut lean meat into small cubes... wash and keep in a bowl.. add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, and all the other ingredients together... use your hand to mix it properly... marinate for 15 mins

Heat a pan and add the marinated meat into it.. add 2 cups water and stir and bring to boil... cover the lid and cook on slow flame for 30 mins or till the meat is soft and tender... then cook on high flame till all the water is evaporated... the meat will have a nice brown colour... (u can also cook in a pressure cooker till 5 whistles if u r in hurry)

Serve hot with naan or paratha
