Kurkure Momos

Take a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, grated garlic and knead with water. Make a dough. Rest it for 1 hour.

Take a pan. Add some oil. Add grated garlic. Saute. Add the chopped vegetables one by one. Add salt to taste.

Fry them one by one. Add vinegar or soya sauce. Once its soft switch off the flame.

Make balls out of the dough. Roll out in big circle. Cut small circles with the help of a cookie cutter.

Add 1tbsp of vegetables and fold and give it a shape as you wish.

Make a corn flour slurry. Mix corn flour and water and make a paste.

Crush corn flakes with your hand.

Dip the Momos in the slurry roll it in the corn flakes and deep fry it till it changes its color to golden brown.
