  • Parbolied basmati rice
  • Fried minced meat
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Green pepper
  • Seasonings

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry your minced meat with onions and seasonings

  2. 2

    Cut out carrots and green pepper and onions and add to the cooked minced meat

  3. 3

    Then add in the parboiled rice and gently stir. Leave to simmer for some minutes and then serve
