Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken
  2. 1 cupyogurt
  3. 1/2 cupoil
  4. 2medium sliced onions
  5. 1 tblsgarlic paste
  6. 1 tblsgarlic paste
  7. 1 tblsgreen chilli paste
  8. 1/2 tblsbhuna zeera powder
  9. 1/2 tblscrushed red chilli
  10. 1/2 tblscrushed dhaniya
  11. 1 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 tspgaram masala
  13. 1 tspzeera
  14. 1/2 tblssalt
  15. 1 tspqasoori methi
  16. 4green chillies halves
  17. 3medium lemons
  18. For green paste:
  19. 1 cupchopped Green fresh coriander leaves
  20. 3-4green chillies
  21. 1green capsicum medium
  22. 1 tblscoriander leaves for garnish
  23. 1lemon for garnish
  24. 1 tblsginger Julien cut for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Fry onions, garlic paste, ginger paste and green chillies paste in oil. Set all the spices.

    When the onions turn soft and changes it's colour then add chicken in it.

  3. 3

    Mix chicken and add yogurt 2 tbls at once, mix and cooked it, then add another yogurt, when all the yogurt finishes then add all spices and cook it well.

    Make a paste or puree of green chillies, green coriander leaves and green capsicum with ½ cup of water. Blend it and add in to the chicken.

    Mix the chicken well sprinkle qasoori methi and cover for 10 to 15 minutes. After the time cook it well when the oil comes out. Then garnish with coriander leaves, green chillies and Julien cut ginger. Add a lemon and enjoy with chapati.
