Ingredients

  • 1 bowlwheat flour (atta)
  • 1 bowldesi ghee
  • to tastesugar powdered
  • as neededchopped almonds
  • as neededkhoya

Steps

  1. 1

    In a hot kadhai add ghee and atta.roast it very well.or till atta left fragrance.now add sugar and khoya mix well at medium to low flame.now add almonds. Switch off the flame.let it be cool on room temperature.panjiri is ready to serve.
