Ingredients

  1. 100 grmswhite chocolate
  2. 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  3. 1 tbsp butter
  4. 1 tbsp cream

Cooking Instructions

    Cut white chocolate into small pieces.

    Melt chocolate in microwave for 30-30 seconds intervals. You can also use double boiler method to melt chocolate.

    When chocolate is melted with no lumps, add melted butter and cream in it. Mix it well.

    Add desiccated coconut in the same mixture. Mix well and make a dough.

    Make small balls of dough and cover it with extra desiccated coconut.

    Coconut chocolate laddoos are ready. Garnish it with pistachio and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
