Ingredients

6-7 servings
  1. 1 kggrated carrots
  2. 1 litremilk
  3. 250 gmssugar
  4. 2 tspelaichi powder
  5. 1 cupdry nuts (almonds, cashew,raisins)
  6. 3-4 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the almonds in water. Peel the skin and slice them and keep aside. Chop the cashews also and keep aside.

    In a heavy bottom pan add ghee and add grated carrots and saute for 5 mins. Then keep adding little milk at a time and cook the carrots. When all the milk that's 1 litre is utilized and completely dries up, add sugar and mix well till water is completely dried. Add elaichi powder, chopped cashews, sliced almonds and raisins and mix well. Your yummy halwa loaded with nuts is ready.
