Ingredients

  • 5-6par boiled broccoli florets
  • 1 bowlBesan or as required
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • Pinchajwain
  • As requiredWater to make smooth thick batter of coating consistency
  • pinchSoda

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in besan and make a smooth batter.
    Now dip broccoli florets one by one and coat them well.
    Now heat oil and deep fry them.
    Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
