Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 packetsweet baby corn
  • 1 bowlwhite flour
  • 1/2 cupcorn flour
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 tspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tspwhite vinegar
  • 1/2 tspfinely chopped garlic
  • 2 tspgrated ginger
  • 4 tbsptomatoes ketchup
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededCooking oil for deep frying
  • 2 tspfinely chopped green chilli
  • 2 tsplight soya sauce
  • 1 pinchorange food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly heat the steemar then put on babycorn and steem it 5 min on medium flame

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl add white flour, corn flour, black pepper powder to taste salt mix it well now add some little water mix it properly make a thik consistency batter without any lumps

  3. 3

    Now take a baby corn then drop in batter and properly coat it

  4. 4

    Now drop in hot oil and deep fry until it crispy and golden brown in colour now remove the plates and keep it a side

  5. 5

    In a bowl add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, vinegar, light soya sauce, pinch orange food colour, 4tbsp corn flour,some little water mix properly

  6. 6

    Now heat the wok with oil then add garlic saute until it becomes golden nice brown colour then add ginger green chilli stir it few minutes on lower flame

  7. 7

    Now add prepared mixture and fried babycorn some little water mix it properly stir it 2or 4 min on lower flame now gravy until it becomes thick then reduce the flame

  8. 8

    Now It is ready to serve
