Rajasthani Gatte ki sabzi

In a bowl add all the dry ingredients for making the gatte.

Add oil and mix it properly. Add water to knead a semi-soft dough.

From the dough take small small portion and roll out cylindrical shape.

In a kadhai, keep water for heating on medium flame. Transfer the prepared cylinders in the water once heated. Once the cylinders are cooked, they will float on the top. Remove them in a plate and cool it down.

Now cut into small pieces.

Now take the kadhai in which the gatte was boiled. Add the besan flour mixture (besan and water) and bring it to boil. Meanwhile heat oil in another pan add the cumin seeds, ginger garlic green chilli paste. Saute for a minute and now add all the spices and saute for another minute. Transfer this to boiling water. Add the cut gatte in this boiling mixture. Cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve it immediately with the rotis.
