Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgChicken lever
  • Bonlesschicken cubes 100g
  • Onion 1 medium
  • 2 tbspGinger galrlic paste
  • Grammasala powder1tsp
  • 1 tspRoasted cumin seed
  • 1 tspRoasted crushed coriander
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspVeniger
  • 4 tbspYugert
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • 4 pcGreen chilli
  • 1/2 bunchGreen coriander
  • 1 tbspQusori methi
  • 1 cupOil

Steps

1/2 an hour
  1. 1

    Cut lever and chicken in cubes mix all dry masala and yugert and veniger and marinate it for 1/2 an hour

    Heat oil in a wok and add marinated lever and chicken

    Now cook it on high flame and add tomaties green chillies and cook

    When all water dry add qusori methi and fresh coriander and cook on high flame

  5. 5

    Now off the flame and garnish with green chillies lemon and ginger delecious lever masala is ready
