Name: ‘Mocktail Lemongrass Gin and Tonic’

Ingredients: 1 cup non alcoholic spirit drink (I use Borrago #47 Paloma Blend); 1 medium lemongrass stalk, thinly sliced; 1/2 medium Lime; cubes ice; 1 1/2 cup elderflower tonic water; emongrass stalks, cucumber peeled long slice, and pink pepper corns for garnish (optional)

I feel so honoured to be asked to create a non alcohol mock tail drink menu to be serve with my Vegan Thai green curry at Curry for change charily event to pair up with my vegan thai green curry. It’s refreshing delicious!! Here is the recipe to share with you .. 🍸💚

Ingredients

1 cupnon alcoholic spirit drink (I use Borrago #47 Paloma Blend)
1medium lemongrass stalk, thinly sliced
1/2medium Lime
cubesice
1 1/2 cupelderflower tonic water
emongrass stalks, cucumber peeled long slice, and pink pepper corns for garnish (optional)

Steps

Add all ingredients together apart from ice cubes and let the lemongrass infused for 10min. Pouring the drink into glasses and add 1 lemongrass stalk on each glass, cucumber and sprinkle with pink pepper corns.
