Steps

Combine all the ingredients except oil (for frying) and mix well.

Prepare a mixture which is semi soft by adding water.

Apply some oil on your palms and take a small portion of the mixture. Roll them in between your palms and shape them into spirals. Sprinkle some fennel seeds, white and black sesame seeds on top. Press a little.

Deep fry these spirals on low flame till golden brown in colour. Serve.
