Firstly begin with boiling the raw banana in the pressure cooker. Cut the banana into pieces, remove the edges, boil it with water and salt for about 3 whistle.

Once done, remove the skin and mash it into a fine paste. Into this add the remaining ingredients and mix well.our filling is ready.

In order to make the dough, take a bowl add flour,salt and knead all the ingredients well into a soft dough. (By Add ing water little by little).Cover and keep dough a side for about 8,10 minutes.

Divide the dough into large lemon size balls.

Dust the dough portions in flour, flatten it and roll it into a3/ 3.5 inch diameter circle. Place the filling and close the paratha by folding it with the other half.

Now roll paratha in to 6,7 inch diameter.prepare all paratha in same way.

Now to cook the Paratha, first preheat the skillet on medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on top and allow it to cook on one side. After about 10 to 15 seconds, flip the paratha.

At this stage, aply some oil or ghee to cook the paratha. Cook the paratha until you see golden brown spots on both sides.

Proceed the same way with the remaining dough portions and serve the Raw Banana & Ajwain Paratha Recipe Paratha with Raita and Pickle for Breakfast meal.or for lunch or dinner.
