Ragi Spinach Parantha
Steps

Clean and wash spinach nicely
Boil and blanch it
Purée it in a blender. - 2
Take all the ingredients(except water), in a big bowl to knead a dough. Use hot water as required.

Heat up a non-stick tawa
Pinch dough and make ball
Roll it carefully (I do it between my palms only) - 4
Place it on hot tawa (I have used Star shape cutter)
Let it cook, can apply ghee too like Parantha. - 5
Serve hot with any curry of your choice or give it in the lunch box to kids like this only.
