Mava dry fruits paratha

This paratha is my favorite whenever I suddenly feel like eating something sweet. There is no time or material to make anything, then I make these parathas and the kids like it very much.
Mava dry fruits paratha
This paratha is my favorite whenever I suddenly feel like eating something sweet. There is no time or material to make anything, then I make these parathas and the kids like it very much.
Steps
- 1
Make the dough with soft water and cover it for 5 minutes and let it rest.
- 2
Mix sugar and chopped almond cardamom powder in the khoya so that they will get mixed together and our stuffing will not get scattered while filling
- 3
Heat the tava. Make a small ball from the dough and make it slightly bigger, fill this khoya sugar mixture in the middle and close the dough well by applying it from all the sides. This stuffing which we prepared is according to a paratha.
- 4
Now, after adding flour, rolling the dough and making paratha and put it on the pan, apply ghee on both sides to make it golden.
- 5
Keep flame slow to fry it When it becomes golden, take out the plate and eat it. Friends, this paratha looks very tasty and the dessert is also a failure.
