  • 1/2 kgsurmai fish
  • 1onion
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1/2. Tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 cupoil

Steps

15 minutes

    First wash fish and apply salt

  2. 2

    Now heat oil fry onion

  3. 3

    Now add spices and add water

  4. 4

    Now wash fish and add in fr cooking

  5. 5

    Cook fr 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Garnish with spring onion and coriander
