Ingredients

1/2 cupSewaiya
1 ltrMilk
1 pinchSaffron
1/2 cupSugar
1 pinchCardamom powder
as requiredDry fruits -almonds pistachio and cashew nuts

Boil the milk for 10 min. Add saffron.

Roast the sewaiya in ghee for 2 mins on low flame till it gets golden brown.

Put sewaiya in milk add sugar and keep stirring.

Add cardamom powder and nuts, almonds,pista

Tasty healthy sewaiyain kheer is ready to serve.
