Cut fish nd wash it with vinegar as well...set fire nd put pot with water on it,grate ginger nd add into d water then add fish,add 1 tspn of salt nd close d pot.

After 15 minutes bring d fish down nd transfer it into a colander,allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes.

Remove the bone of the fish,mash the fish and add it to d the grated onion,scotch bonnet and cayenne pepper stir it well and use filter to reduce the water from the fish.

Then add seasoning,spices and stir it well.

Put a pan on fire add 3 tbspn of oil,wen hot then add fish and began to stir it as well,when it start to change color then add the remaining 2 tbspn of oil,keep on turning until golden brown,bring it down nd enjoy.
