Pressure cook green grams sprout.
Then heat khadai.
Add mustard seeds and let it sputter for few seconds.
Add curry leaves,red dry chilli,cumin seeds.
Then add asafoetida.
Add boiled sprouts. - 2
Then after add all above mentioned ingredients turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander cumin powder,salt,tamarind,jaggery,pepper powder,fresh coconut to it.
Add 1 glass of water to it.
Close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Take it out in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve it with stem rice and enjoy this delicious dish
