Ingredients

3-4 minutes
3 servings
  • For ganache:
  • 2 tbspfresh cream
  • 2 tbspgrated dark chocolate compound
  • 2 tbspgrated milk chocolate compound
  • Fordry fruits powder:
  • 1 tbspalmond powder
  • 1 tbspcashewnut powder
  • 1 tbsppistachio nut powder
  • 1 tbspwalnuts powder
  • For garnishing:Coloured sugar hearts

Steps

3-4 minutes
  1. 1

    For the chocolate ganache: Heat the fresh cream till little bubbles are formed.

  2. 2

    Now in a bowl take both the grated chocolates and pour the heated fresh cream.

  3. 3

    Cover this bowl for 10 minutes and then mix the contents properly.

  4. 4

    Let the ganache come to room temperature then keep it in refrigerator for about half an hour to set.

  5. 5

    Now in two bowls take the set chocolate ganache and in another one mix all the dry fruits powder. (It the powder is not fine then also it's ok)

  6. 6

    In a mixing bowl add the dry fruits powder first and then add as required ganache to it.

  7. 7

    Mix them properly.

  8. 8

    Transfer the contents into a heart-shaped silicone mould for chocolates.

  9. 9

    Let it set in the fridge for about an hour.

  10. 10

    Demould the choco-nutty hearts, decorate them with colourful heart-shaped sugar decorations and serve them to all this Christmas.
