Steps

In a big bowl take the flour and add all the dry spices, salt and white sesame seeds.

Add all the vegetables and oil to the dough.

Using water as required to knead the dough, knead a semi soft dough.
- 4
Make small balls from the dough and roll into parathas.
- 5
Roast using oil/ghee the parathas on tawa from both the sides. Make the remaining parathas similarly.
- 6
Serve the ready parathas with tea.
