Steps

Wash and Soak dal for15min. Now take a pressure cookerput all the ingredients except 10garlic cloves, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and desi ghee.

Cook for 1whistle on high flame then cook for 8-10min at low flame. Now switch off the flame.

After release the pressure open the lid and check cosistancy. If thick then you add little hot water on this.

Now take a tadka pan heat up on flame then put in ghee on tadka pan add cumin seed, chopped garlic, ginger&chilli.after crackle all these put tadka in dalbathua. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
