Aloo ka paratha with green chutney

Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them. Add all the ingredients along with finely chopped spring onion and coriander and mix well. Let it cool

Mix the milk and water and make it lukewarm. Mix both the flour in a bowl, add salt and ghee and crumble it with your hands with the flour. Now add the milky water mixture slowly and knead the dough. Dough should be soft. Add a grease of oil once done and leave it for rest for 20 minutes. Again i prefer making the dough as well a day prior even for ease.

Make small balls, flatten them and roll them. Add the filling, make sure to leave the sides empty. Cover with another rolled paratha and cook on tawa. Grease with oil slightly in between. Serve with raita, chutney and achar

For green chutney. In blender add green coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic and lemon juice and blend it. Green chutney is ready.
