Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste, salt mix and keep overnight or 2-3 hours, grind masala roasted masala like dried red chilli, bay leaf coriander seeds cumin seeds black pepper, fenugreek, cloves, 2 cardamoms,1 piece cinnamon, add Kasuri methi grind a coarse mixture.

Take cooker add oil then add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, add mutton fry well for 10 minutes, add red chilli powder,haldi, onion, tomato, cook mutton well until tender, add kadhai masala and saute well.

Add curd and cook now add cream and coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli for garnishing.
