First make a fine paste of spinach,greenchilli and garlic in a mixer jar.now take a bowl pour maida,salt,2 tablespoon oil and spinach paste.

Knead maida with spinach paste to make dough.take small ball from this dough and flattened it and give shape of Christmas tree and deep fry tree in oil.

For tomato santa.first boil egg in water for 15 minutes in low flame.then take tomato cut into two parts remove it's seed sprinkle some salt over tomato then place peeled salty egg in it. apply hungcurd in the sides of the tomato then take other part of tomato again apply hungcurd in the sides and keep over the egg.place two black pepper as eyes of the santa.Tomato Santa with spinach Christmas tree is ready.
