Assemble all Ingredients.

Place a vessel and pour 2 liter of water add salt and oil to it, let it boil for 10 minutes, once it is boiled take out the cooked Vermicelli and pour cold water to it and keep it aside.

Take other vessel add 1 spoon oil and add jeera, cumin, mustard, urad dal and curry leaves, let them change their colour

Now add onion, tomatoes, salt for taste and add green chilli paste. Keep the flame in medium and let them cook.

Once the vegetables are cooked add coconut, coriander leaves and now add boiled Vermicelli and stir the dish.
