Ground Meat Roll

Steps

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the ham, cheese, and spinach.

On a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, spread the meat mixture to cover the entire surface.

Place a layer of ham, cheese, and spinach over the meat. Using the aluminum foil, roll it up tightly to form a roll.

On another baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, lay the bacon strips overlapping to cover the entire sheet. Place the meat roll on the bacon strips and wrap the roll with the bacon and aluminum foil.

Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven, and bake again for 10 minutes without the aluminum foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
