Steps

Wash & soak the both lentils overnight.

Put them in cooker with chopped onions,tomatoes, salt,red chilli powder & water.

After a whistle,slow the flame & cook for 30 minutes.let it cool down.

In a small pan,add pure ghee with cumin seeds & chopped cloves,when it becomes little black,switch the flame

Open the cooker & pour the tadka in it.mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves &serve hot.
