  1. 1 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  2. as requiredRefined oil
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. as requiredWater for kneading
  5. Forstuffing-
  6. 1 cupPeas, boiled and mashed
  7. 2Carrots, grated
  8. 2Onions, finely chopped
  9. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  10. 1 tspCoriander powder
  11. 1 tspZeera powder
  12. as requiredCoriander, finely chopped

Half an hour
  1. 1

    Knead the dough well and make balls.

    Mix all the stuffing items together.

    Roll out the dough ball.

    Put the stuffing.

    Close the dough ball by gathering all the corners.

    Close it well.

    Press it gently and sprinkle some wheat flour over it.

    Cook on a hot tawa over medium to high flame. Spread some ghee, flip and cook again.
