Ingredients

  • 400 GramLiver 1 Tomato 1 Cup Fresh Coriander
  • 2-3Green Chilies 1 tbsp Crushed whole coriander & Cumin se
  • 4-5Ginger Slices 4 to 5 Garlic Cloves 2 to 3 tbsp Lemon
  • 1 1/2 tspSalt 1/4 Cup Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a blender to add tomato, garlic, ginger, coriander and green chilies. Blend it well and set aside

  2. 2

    In a pan or tawa add oil once the oil heat enough add liver and cook for 2 minutes then take out into plate

  3. 3

    In a same pan add 3 to 4 tbsp of oil and add blended spices. Cook until the oil oozes out

  4. 4

    Add salt, crushed cumin seeds and coriander. Mix it up well then add fried liver and mix it altogether and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

  5. 5

    After that, pour the lemon juice and mix it up. Garnish with ginger 

  6. 6

    Serve it
