Ingredients

3 servings
  1. ForStuffing-
  2. 1 bowlDry coconut grated
  3. 4 tspSesame seeds
  4. 2 tspPoppy seeds
  5. 1.5 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tspGaram masala
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspdry coriander powder
  9. as per tastesalt
  10. 1/2 bowlCoriander leaves, finely chopped
  11. forchillas-
  12. 1.5 bowlgram flour
  13. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. 1/4 small bowlOil for shallow frying Chillas

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First, make stuffing, saute grated dry coconut on slow flame till becomes light brown, saute sesame seeds, saute Poppy seeds, add all ingredients for stuffing and mix well stuffing is ready. For chillas take gram flour (Besan) add all ingredients for chillas, add water little by little to make batter, no lumps.

    Now heat non stick tava grease oil and spread batter of chillas, apply oil from sides

    Now with wet hand spread it neatly.

    Now when batter dries turn it, apply oil and shallow fry it from the other side.

    Now turn again place the stuffing on it.

    Fold both the sides on stuffing press it little, fry till becomes crispy.

    Now take it down and serve hot.
