2Garlic,
1/2 tspginger
1Onion chopped
2Carrots chopped
To tasteSalt
1/2 tspPepper
As neededFresh cream
1 tspSugar

Steps

Melt butter and add garlic and onions and carrots.

Cover and saute for 5 minutes
3

Add salt,ginger,sugar, and vegetable stock,
4

Boil the mixture until carrots are cooked, cool and make puree.
5

Puree into the pan and 1 boil heat soup add fresh cream and pepper
