Ingredients

  • Potato chips crushed any flavor you like I used sea salted
  • All purpose flour
  • 1egg well beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • Whiting fillets

Steps

  1. 1

    Thaw your whiting if frozen

  2. 2

    Roll thawed whiting in flour

  3. 3

    Dip in egg

  4. 4

    Roll in crushed potato chips

  5. 5

    Place in skillet with hot oil and fry over over medium high heat turning until done

  6. 6

    Drain oil and enjoy I like hot sauce on mine 😊
