Steps

First take a big bowl boil water,add salt and boil the cauliflower florets for three minutes drain it completely and keep aside.

Take another bowl,add thick curd which has less water,add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, as needed oil,salt grated skin of lime, lime juice,ginger garlic paste, jeera dhania powder, garam masala powder,... and give it a mix, and add the blanched cauliflower florets, and allow it to rest for half an hour minimum if u want rest can be increased.

Before putting in the microwave oven, add corn flour to the florets mix well,and it gives a nice coating to the florets.

To bake the florets,preheat the microwave 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes,until the florets becomes golden brown, and flip it to the other side in between.

Before serving spread chaat masala powder and with tomato hot and sweet sauce and it's perfect for starter.
